  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking details on the email address provided while placing your order.

  • Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, shipping address, courier service, and accessibility of the delivery area.
  • Remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional delivery time.

Darling Lighters shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the courier partner or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information while placing an order.

If an order is delayed, returned, or undelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect phone number, or the customer being unavailable to receive the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
