Address & Delivery Policy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address while placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

- Darling Lighters will not be responsible for delivery failures or delays.

- If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, an additional shipping charge will be applicable for re-dispatch.

- Address modification requests must be emailed to us within 30 minutes of placing the order.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

- Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

- Cash on Delivery refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

 - Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
